Meg is a energetic 3 year old female Patterdale Terrier who is looking for her forever home. Meg is vaccinated and micro-chipped. Meg has lived with older children. Meg is fully house-trained. Meg can be temperamental with some people and some other dogs. Meg has not lived with other animals. Meg would benefit from an experienced adult home. Please enquire.

● Meg is a 3 year old female Patterdale Terrier looking for her forever home. Life is never boring with Meg as she has a lot of energy and zest for life! She can be very giddy and lively, though after a good walk she will happily take a long snooze. Meg has been around older children and teenagers but she does not like younger children. Meg has not previously lived with other animals. Meg would thrive in a home with lots of space for her to run around during the day and let off all her energy so that she can relax for a good belly rub with her family.
● Meg is fully vaccinated and micro-chipped.
● Meg does not have any known health problems
● Meg is generally calm when left alone at home
● Meg is always pleased to see you when you get home and will be very giddy and happy
● Meg likes to be around people and will follow you between rooms in the house
● Meg has a lively personality but will also settle down for a good scratch and belly rub
● Meg tends to bark when people come to the front door
● Meg is currently fed twice a day in the morning and evening with dry food
● Meg is fully house-trained
● Meg has not had formal obedience training but knows the commands sit, leave it and paw
● Meg is eager to please and has learnt to give a high five with both p paws – especially for food!
● Meg tends to pull a lot on the lead when out on walks
● Meg can be temperamental with other dogs and tends to respond inconsistently, she can be completely fine with some and not respond well to others
● Meg is currently walked between 2-3 times a day
● Meg has had regular contact with older children and teenagers, she can be distressed around babies and much younger children
● Meg has not previously lived with other animals
● Meg can be very excitable but after a good walk she loves to take a long snooze
● Meg can sometimes be a bit growly with certain people but not in general
● Meg is possessive with items like bones, if you give her one she won’t let you take it away!
● Meg has never injured a person or another animal
● Meg currently sleeps in a crate and is calm at night
● Meg has a lot of energy and would do really well in a home with a garden or lots of space to run around and let off some steam during the day
