Chief 6 year old male Border Collie

Chief is a 6 year old male Border Collie who is looking for his forever home. Chief is neutered and micro-chipped. Chief is fully house-trained. Chief has some recall off the lead. Chief is fine with most dogs except small dogs. He will be reactive if they bark at him or come too close. Chief has been around children but would be best in an older household. Chief has lived with another dog but will need to be an only dog. Chief has behavioural issues around other dogs and is sensitive to certain sounds. ●Chief is neutered, has been microchipped and is not yet fully up to date with his vaccines
●Chief has no known health problems
●Chief sleeps and is calm when he is left home alone
●Chief will be pleased to see you and jump up at you when you get home
●Chief sometimes follows you to other rooms in the house. Chief is very calm, cuddly and loving when you are home unless specific noises distress him
●Chief likes lots of fussing and attention from people who knock at the door
●Chief isn’t very food orientated and grazes throughout the day
●Chief eats twice a day, a small amount of dried Crave and has one carton of Naturo twice a day
●Chief is fully house trained
●Chief has not had formal obedience training but knows ‘sit’, ‘stay’, ‘come here’, ‘leave it’, ‘paw’ and ‘recall (off the lead)’
●Chief sometimes pulls when he is on the lead
●Chief is fine with most dogs on walks but can react if they come too close or bark at him, he can be more reactive with small dogs
●Chief would be suited to an adult-only home with no other pets
●Chief has sound sensitivity so would benefit from an adult-only home that could focus on giving him attention solely and to be able to calm him
