Monty is a 1 year old male Smoothie Cockapoo looking for his forever home. He's vaccinated and microchipped. Monty has lived with older children. He's calm but also playful when he is active. Monty is fully house-trained. He pulls a lot on the lead on walks. He's playful and jumpy towards other dogs. He can sometimes be temperamental towards large dogs. He enjoys company and would suit a home where someone is around most of the day. Please enquire.

● Monty has been vet checked, vaccinated and microchipped. He is not yet neutered
● Monty has lived in a home with older children
● He will bark, cry and sleep when left home alone
● Monty is pleased to see you when you arrive home and jumps up
● Monty will always follow you to another room
● He's calm but playful. He's not destructive but does like to try to get your slippers. He sleeps well but is also very active.
● Monty will bark when he hears the doorbell, and when the door opens he jumps up and wants alot of attention
● Monty behaves well when waiting for food most of the time and will respond to waiting for his bowl to be placed down
● Monty has been used to eating 3 times daily. He eats a full cup of Eukanuba dry food twice and wet food once daily, scrambled egg or minced chicken or store bought dog pate. He doesn't have a large appetite and often doesn't empty the bowl
● He's fully house-trained
● He has had no formal obedience training
● Monty understands the commands sit, stay leave it and paw
● He's been used to walking twice daily for between 45-60 minutes and a short 10 minute walk on most days
● He pulls alot on the lead
● Monty will generally react well with other dogs however he acn be a little jumpy and assumes that every dog wants to play with him. Sometimes he will snap at a bigger dog
● Monty has lived with children over 11 and been used to older visting children
● He's never lived with other animals
● He would appreciate some training with his recall and jumping up
● He doesn't like to be left alone for long periods and can bark when left
● Monty has never injured a person or another animal
