Teddy is 8 month old male German Shepherd cross New Zealand Huntaway who is looking for his forever home. Teddy is vaccinated and micro-chipped. Teddy is crate trained. ●Teddy will be pleased to see you, bark and jump up to greet you when you get home
●Teddy sometimes follows you around when you are home. When you are home, Teddy is very energetic, is a very loving dog who loves to be fussed and be around children
●Teddy barks and greets when someone knocks at the door
●Teddy gets very excited but sits and waits while you prepare his food
●Teddy eats dry Wagg dog food twice a day, in morning and in the evening
●Teddy is fully house-trained
●Teddy has not had formal training, but knows the commands ‘sit’, ‘come here’, ‘leave it’, and ‘paw’
●Teddy pulls sometimes when he is on the lead
●Teddy is a little timid around other dogs
●Teddy has lived with children from age 5 years old to 13 years old before
●Teddy has lived with a cat
●Teddy has never injured or hurt another animal or human

During the pandemic, we are much busier than usual and as we are run by volunteers we are unfortunately unable to respond to everyone individually about the status of their application.
