Cooper 2 Year Old, Male, Staffordshire Bull Terrier Crossbreed

Cooper is a two year old, male, Staffordshire Bull Terrier crossbreed, and he’s looking for his forever home. He’s started to behave reactively towards a younger child and will need an adult home. Cooper has a lot of energy and likes to run around and jump up at people. Left on his own in the house, Cooper likes to sleep. He’s fully house-trained and understands a few commands. ● Cooper is fully vaccinated and microchipped. He hasn’t yet been neutered.
● He had a lump on his tail which meant that his tail was removed by the vets. He has some difficulty handling at the vet's.
● When he’s left at home on his own, Cooper will sleep - he’s crate trained.
● Once you get home, he’s pleased to see you and will jump up.
● When you’re at home with Cooper he’s full of energy and will run around for a bit, lay down for a little, and then run around some more.
● Cooper has become a little reactive towards a younger child and will sometimes growl and bark at them.
● When someone is at the front door, Cooper will bark.
● He’s fed in the morning and evening with dry dog food. Cooper sometimes get a tin of sardines in the evening and treats throughout the day.
● If he’s told to sit and wait, Cooper will be patient while you serve his dinner.
● He’s fully house-trained.
● Cooper hasn’t had obedience training but does understand the commands: sit, stay, come here, and paw.
● He’s walked once a day and pulls a lot on his lead.
● Cooper has never been around other dogs properly but is generally interested in the ones he comes across and likes to sniff. He’ll bark back if another dog is barking but will usually just walk away.
● He hasn’t lived with other animals.
